Holy Spirit Conference 2025

Gather with us for our seventh annual Holy Spirit Conference. This will be an amazing weekend filled with worship, teaching, and space to respond to the Holy Spirit. We will be joined by guest worship leaders, Rich & Lydia Dicas, as well as guest teachers, N.T. Wright, Gemma Ryan, and Tim Mackie. Early bird pricing of $105 is available until Dec 15. Worship & Wait

All are invited to worship and wait on the Spirit following the 5 PM Sunday gathering. We sense the Spirit is cultivating a deeper worship in us and Worship & Wait is a space for us to lean into this stirring. Bridgetown Kids will not be available during this time, but kids are welcome to attend.

Advent Gathering

Gather with us as we begin the Advent season with a time of worship, reflection, waiting, and wonder as we await the coming Messiah together––the promised light to pierce the darkness. Bridgetown Kids available for ages 0–5 at 5:30.

Decorate for Advent

It takes a team of volunteers to get the church building ready for the Advent season. From lighting trees, to hanging garland, to putting up ornaments, we are looking for a handful of volunteers who can help us get Bridgetown ready to celebrate the birth of Jesus. Register to volunteer and a member of our team will reach out to coordinate times and roles.

We desire that every person who steps through the doors of Bridgetown Church is met with warmth, welcome, and hospitality. To do this well, it takes a team of volunteers to serve during our Sunday gatherings. From greeting at the door, to setting up coffee, there are a variety of ways you can get involved and create a welcoming space. Register to serve with our hospitality team.

Creatives Meet Up

Gather with fellow Bridgetown creatives to hang out, network, and celebrate the Advent season. We will provide light refreshments, and we will get to tour the new CityTeam building together and dream of ways to fill the space with creativity. There will also be a creative gift swap. Bring an item that you've made, art supplies, a book on creativity, etc. to swap with someone else. Please keep items under $15. Register to attend.

Welcome to Bridgetown

Are you new to Bridgetown? Join us for an informal 45 minute class to learn more about Bridgetown Church and what we're all about. During this time, we'll cover Bridgetown's mission, vision and values, how to get plugged in, and have time to get to know a few staff members and other folks who are new to our community. Pre-Gathering Prayer

Before our Sunday gatherings, we take the time to pray and listen to the Spirit for how he would like to encounter people in each gathering. In order to provide more time before the Sunday gatherings begin, we are moving our pre-gathering prayer times to 8 AM for the morning gatherings on the Eastside, and 4 PM for our evening gathering downtown.

Wednesday 3 AM Prayer

Gather with us every third Wednesday at 3 AM for special hours of prayer during the watch hours of the night—we wait on the Lord as we wait for the morning. Artists are encouraged to bring supplies to create during this time. Hosted by one of our Elders, Peter Quint. Email Peter to RSVP.

Discipleship Pathway

Daily Prayer Rhythm

We are calling the Bridgetown Church family to a Daily Prayer Rhythm, morning, midday, and evening. The Daily Prayer Rhythm is a tool to revive the common prayer rhythm of early church prayer in the modern era. We order our days by communion with God in prayer for the sake of the intimacy and power that flows from rebellious fidelity to Jesus. Learn more about each rhythm.

Bread 2024 Devotional

We believe daily Scripture reading is an essential practice for followers of Jesus, learning from Jesus and putting his word into practice. Bread is a daily reading & journaling guide for our church to help us do just that. We also have a companion guide for available, Bread for Kids, with weekly readings and a space to journal and draw in response. Copies are available in-person at the Bookstore for free. We hope that you will pick up a copy and read along with us in 2024!
