Sunday gatherings are the primary way we gather as a church to worship together, learn the Scriptures, pray for one another, and create space to hear from the Spirit. We also gather in similar age groups and stages of life to grow together.

  • Love Portland: School Clean-Up Day

    Love Portland is a day to cleanup and beautify schools in our community. This date coincides with PPS’ Community Care Day. Our city leadership mentioned that one of Portland’s biggest needs is the cleanup of underfunded schools so that they are ready to welcome students for the new year. In partnership with Imago Dei, we want to show up and really practically love our community well.

  • Foster Parent’s Night Out: Volunteer Training

    Foster Parents’ Night Out provides respite care for DHS foster families. We give the night off to foster parents while our trained volunteers care for their fostered, adopted, and biological children. We would love to have your help. If you would like to volunteer, come for the next training session.

  • Faithful Friends: Child Mentorship

    Faithful Friends, a partner of Hear the Cry, connects kids in our community who are in need of additional adult support with caring mentors. Adults are matched with a child for a one-year long mentoring relationship. Attend an upcoming Faithful Friends information meeting and learn how you or your community can get involved as a mentor to a child.

  • Bridgetown Beach Day

    Come hang at the beach before Summer ends. Bring your own beach gear and food and we will have a good time. Come ready to surf, swim, hike, or throw a frisbee. Meet at the beach and look for us under the canopy.

  • PDX Casino Night for Embrace Oregon

    PDX Casino Night exists to support Embrace Oregon, an organization for vulnerable children and families. Come for a fun evening of games, hors d’oeuvres, dessert, and an auction to raise funds for Foster Family Support. Wear your cocktail attire and invite your friends.

  • Alpha: A Dialogue About Faith

    Bridgetown Church is hosting Alpha, an open and informal dialogue about existence, the person of Jesus, and what it all means. We want to hear your thoughts and questions as we explore these themes together without the pressured atmosphere that usually comes with these conversations.

  • Morning Worship & Prayer

    We want to be a church that prays continually. So we are creating space for followers of Jesus to gather at the beginning of the day to worship and pray together. Gather with us on Tuesday mornings as we listen to the Spirit speak.

  • Bridgetown Building Campaign

    After a season of prayer and discernment, we have made the nearly unanimous decision to buy Holladay Park Church of God. We’re asking every person who calls Bridgetown Church home to participate in this giving campaign. Whether you have a lot or a little to give, we’re all in this story together.
