The story of Israel is a long and often confusing account of God’s interaction with humankind. Israel is perpetually disobeying God, suffering the consequences, and repenting of their sin. In this story, there are many occasions of violence, brutality, sacrifice, and sexuality that are difficult to reconcile with the teachings of Jesus. So it forces us to ask, is this story relevant to modern society? Gather with us as we work through The Story of Israel.
