Sunday gatherings are the primary way we gather as a church around the bread and cup, to worship together, learn the Scriptures, pray for one another, and create space to hear from the Spirit. We also gather in similar age groups and stages of life to grow together.

Communities are the primary way that we scatter during the week to be the people of Jesus in our city. In communities, we are practicing the way of Jesus, together, in Portland. We also scatter throughout the world to plant churches and partner in justice work.

  • Community Leaders Meeting

    Whether you’ve been leading for years or your Community started just this week, we ask that all leaders attend these valuable monthly meetings. While attendance is required for current leaders, these times are open to anyone who would like to join in and learn more about leading a community with Bridgetown.

  • Young Adult Winter Retreat

    Getaway to the beach for the weekend to explore the coast and make new friends. We are heading to Lincoln City for a weekend of worship, learning from the scriptures, and praying for one another. We have seen God move and speak in life changing ways on these retreats, and we would love to have you be there.

    Dates: Mar 3 – 5

  • High School: Top Golf

    We are headed out to Top Golf Hillsboro to play a little golf. Golfers, and non-golfers will enjoy this event. Each Golf ball has a micro-chip in it that alerts your station with a score depending on where you hit the ball. Compete with each other, eat, and hang out.

  • June Nicaragua Trip

    Travel this June to La Villa Esperanza, a long-term safe home for girls from high-risk, high-poverty situations, in Managua, Nicaragua. You will work closely with girls in need of friendship and support. There will also be labor projects outside of Villa Esperanza to bless the community.

    Dates: June 27 – July 8

    Cost: $2,350

    Location: Managua, Nicaragua

  • Royal Family Kids Camp

    Every summer, we invite kids from the foster care system to experience the best week of their life. Kids who have been neglected and forgotten are treated like royalty. They are given one responsibility; have fun. Consider becoming a Kids Camp Leader and help these kids discover Jesus as friend and father.

    Dates: Aug 6 – 11

  • The Civic Forum

    Attend a conversation between faith and government leaders spotlighting issues critical to our city’s future such as housing, homelessness, and foster care. Come be challenged, inspired, and given tangible ways to activate those in your sphere of influence.

    Dates: Thurs, March 23

  • August Nicaragua Trip
